About Ladan
The old barn on Aspö was renovated into two bright and pleasant venues in 2018. The venues, known as Logen and Ladan, retain their rural heritage—including exposed ceiling beams—while also featuring modern amenities. Ladan is slightly smaller than the other venues.
Ladan has a glass wall leading into the cows’ sleeping area.
This is a meeting room that can accommodate up to 65 people. There is seating at tables for 54 people. The room is suitable for various types of meetings and small parties. A projector, Wi-Fi, and a sound system with a hearing loop make meetings and parties easier to manage.
There is a kitchen area with a serving counter in the same room. It features a double Moccamaster coffee maker and a compact dishwasher. The venue is equipped with tableware for 65 people. Here, you can set the table on round tables and perhaps incorporate the four pillars in a festive way?
A restroom is available in the adjacent room and is shared with visitors to the farm.

Reservation Request
Booking Information
All reservations for the facilities must be made in writing, either using the reservation form above or by emailing aspo@skovdebostader.se
- To book the venue, you must be at least 25 years old
- The premises are intended solely for private events.
- You may have a maximum of two reservations at a time.
- We accept reservations up to one year in advance.
- Reservations can be made via email: aspo@skovdebostader.se
- You can make a tentative reservation for the space for one week. After that, you’ll sign a contract at the farm manager’s office at Aspö gård.
- When you sign the contract, you’ll pay 25% (at least 500 kronor) of the total amount as a booking fee. We’ll then deduct that amount from the final rent.
- You are personally liable for the entire rental period.
- As a Skövdebostäder tenant, you’re eligible for a 25% discount when renting for personal use. If you and your neighbors would like to organize an event for several Skövdebostäder tenants, it can be even more affordable if you apply for activity funding— see the tenant guide.
- You can choose to pay the rent for the party venues via Swish, credit card, or direct debit through your rental invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.
- We only rent out the farm to one wedding party at a time. Please indicate in your booking request if it is for a wedding reception. The other venues, however, can be rented out for other gatherings at the same time as the wedding reception.
Cancellation may be made without a specific reason no later than 3 months before the rental date, with a partial refund of the booking fee. We will retain 500 SEK as an administrative fee. The landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation free of charge due to circumstances related to the premises that are beyond the landlord’s control or of which the landlord was unaware at the time the agreement was signed. In such cases, the entire booking fee will be refunded. Cancellations made later than 2 weeks before the rental date will be charged at 50% of the total cost. Cancellations must be made in writing.
The facilities on Aspö are also perfect for businesses. Here, you can hold conferences and meetings in pleasant surroundings. The facilities are spacious, so there’s plenty of room. They offer excellent technical amenities, including a sound system and Wi-Fi. The facility is environmentally conscious and offers services such as recycling.
If you're a member of a club or an adult education association, this is also a great place to hold study groups, get-togethers, or meetings.
There are no conference services, such as catering or similar, when you rent the facilities on the farm.

For individuals, the standard price list below applies.
Associations and educational organizations operating in Skövde receive a 25% discount on rent Monday through Thursday. The standard price list applies at other times. If your association would like to organize an activity that aligns with Skövdebostäder’s goals, we can offer a discounted rate. Please contact the property manager by email at aspo@skovdebostader.se or by phone at 0500-47 74 50 to present your proposal.
- Please read the booking rules!
- When you book a venue, the time you reserve should include time for setup, the event itself, and cleanup afterward.
- The key to the venue must be picked up by the person who booked the venue either on the day of the rental or a day before.
- The key to the premises is a tag (a key fob) that is time-limited to the time slot you have reserved. The time cannot be changed after the key has been picked up.
- Only the person who made the reservation may pick up the key upon presentation of identification.
- Cleaning or catering services cannot be purchased from Skövdebostäder.
