Different times call for different solutions. Sometimes we have apartments available on short notice. For a limited time, we’re offering “Bostad direkt” for certain properties—a concept where the first person to express interest in the apartment gets the chance to sign a lease, regardless of how long they’ve been on the waiting list. However, you must meet Skövdebostäder’s basic requirements.

With Bostad direkt, it can sometimes be difficult to view the apartment because things move quickly as the move-in date approaches. Sometimes, photos are sent instead to help you make your decision.
You'll keep your queue points
Since this expedited process—and the possibility that there may be no viewing—could create greater uncertainty, we have decided that anyone who is assigned an apartment through Bostad direkt at this time will not lose their queue points. We will also not apply the six-month waiting period for applying for other apartments. The notice period remains three full months, as usual.
Ready to move in
All apartments listed with Bostad direkt will be available for move-in soon; the move-in date can range from immediately to up to two months from now. This date is not negotiable.
How It Works
If we have apartments currently available through Bostad direkt, they are included in the listing on the website and marked with a pink banner. Since submitting an application means you will be offered the apartment if you are approved as a tenant, we encourage you to express interest in only one Bostad direkt apartment at a time.
When someone has expressed interest in an apartment, it will be removed during the next synchronization. If it remains on the website even though someone has already expressed interest in it, the next person who tries to express interest will receive an error message.
