Studiekontrollerna genomförs under tre tillfällen beroende på vilket bostadsområde du bor i.

Undantag från studiekontroll
Du undantas från vårens studiekontroller om:
- Du har sagt upp ditt kontrakt
- Du har fått bostad via Högskolan
- Du har blivit godkänd att hyra ut i andra hand
- Du har fått en godkänd dispens
- Du nyligen har flyttat in i din bostad (från februari och framåt) eller bytt lägenhet
Så här går det till
Vid datumet för respektive studiekontroll kommer du att få ett mejl från systemet StudboAdmin. Har du inte fått något mejl, vänligen kontrollera din skräppost. När du fått mejlet vill vi att du laddar upp dina intyg så fort som möjligt. Har du inte inloggningsuppgifter sedan tidigare behöver du först registrera ett konto, du kommer att få ett välkomstmejl med instruktioner. Du laddar sedan upp ditt registreringsintyg samt resultatintyg som PDF-filer i systemet. Skärmavbilder godkänns ej. Du kan redan nu förbereda dina dokument inför studiekontrollen.
Dispens
Vid uteblivet studieresultat kan du ansöka om dispens. Intyg från din studievägledare krävs och vi godkänner max två dispenser under hela din boendetid. Vid frågor om intyg kontakta din studievägledare. Dispensansökan med tillhörande intyg ska skickas till uthyrning@skovdebostader.se innan studiekontrollen påbörjas i ditt område. Handläggningstiden är cirka tre veckor.
Uppfyller du inte kraven?
Om du vet med dig redan nu att du inte kommer att uppfylla kraven för studiekontrollen ska du säga upp lägenheten med 3 månaders uppsägningstid. Detta gör du enklast på Mina Sidor under ”Mina kontrakt” och ”Kontraktsuppsägning”.

Spring Study Checks
To rent a student apartment through Skövdebostäder, you need to present a valid admission letter or registration certificate for this term and an approved study result from the previous term equivalent to at least 15 credits from the University of Skövde. To ensure that you meet the study requirement, study checks are conducted once per term, and now it’s time for the spring 2025 checks.

The study checks are conducted during the following three occasions depending on which residential area you live in.

Exemptions from Study Check
You can disregard from this information if:
- You have terminated your contract
- You have received housing through the University
- You have been approved to sublet
- You have received an approved exemption
- You have recently moved into your residence (from February onwards) or changed apartments
How It Works
On the date of the respective study check, you will receive an email from the StudboAdmin system. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. Once you have received the email, we ask that you upload your certificates as soon as possible. If you do not have login details from before, you need to register an account first; you will receive an email with instructions. You then upload your registration certificate and result certificate as a PDF files in the system. Screenshots are not accepted. You can already prepare your documents for the study check.
Exemption
If you do not have the required study results, you can apply for an exemption. A certificate from your study counsellor is required and we approve a maximum of two exemptions during your entire housing period. For questions about certificates, contact your study counsellor. The exemption application with the accompanying certificate should be sent to uthyrning@skovdebostader.se before the study check begins in your area. The processing time is approximately three weeks.
If you don´t meet the requirements
If you already know that you will not meet the requirements for the study check, you should terminate your lease with a three month notice period. You can do this easily on My Pages under “Mina kontrakt” and “Kontraktsuppsägning.”
