What is a REKO ring?
REKO-ring is a concept launched in 2013 that gives local producers the opportunity to sell their products. REKO stands for “substantial consumption,” but it also means that the food is produced in an ethical and fair manner. Here, you can meet the producers and ask them questions in person about their products—such as how the animals were raised or how the food was grown.
