AI Analysis of Phone Calls and Emails to the Customer Service Center

Skövdebostäder is partnering with Parlametrics to conduct semantic analysis of incoming phone calls to the Skövdebostäder customer service center and emails sent to info@skovdebostader.se. We are doing this to improve our service and quality for all our stakeholders.

This is how it works

Calls are recorded and sent in encrypted form via an API solution, where all personal data is immediately removed and deleted. Emails are forwarded and stripped of personal data before being sent on for analysis. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact lina.eklund.svensson@skovdebostader.se.
