Aspö gård its rural surroundings, is the perfect place to meet! Everyone is welcome to rent our facilities at Aspö gård, but as a tenant, you’ll receive a discount on the rental fee. The facilities are ideal for those who need a larger space for a party or gathering. They’re also well-suited for companies looking to hold meetings or conferences in a fantastic setting.

The Yellow Villa
Next to the garden plots, not far from the lake and the dance floor, is our older venue, the Yellow Villa, which was renovated in 2018.
The venue is suitable for private events such as weddings, birthday parties, and funerals. It can accommodate up to 80 people.
The Lodge
The hall is suitable for larger events. It features an open space and high ceilings. The furniture can be easily moved if you want a clear floor for dancing or other light physical activities. The venue is equipped with a stage, a large screen, Wi-Fi, and a sound system with a hearing loop. The venue can accommodate 100 people.
The Barn
The barn is slightly smaller than the lodge and has a glass wall leading into the cows’ resting area. Meeting room with basic catering facilities. Seats up to 65 people and is equipped with tableware for that number. Projector, Wi-Fi, and a sound system with a hearing loop.

Please note that only one wedding is scheduled per weekend, but an available venue can be booked for another event at the same time as a wedding reception is taking place on the farm.

Reservation Request
Booking Information
All reservations for the facilities must be made in writing, either using the reservation form above or by emailing aspo@skovdebostader.se
PLEASE NOTE! There is currently high demand for our venues on weekends. Starting in October, we will have availability on weekends.
- To book the venue, you must be at least 25 years old
- The premises are intended solely for private events.
- You may have a maximum of two reservations at a time.
- We accept reservations up to one year in advance.
- Reservations can be made via email: aspo@skovdebostader.se
- You can make a tentative reservation for the space for one week. After that, you’ll sign a contract at the farm manager’s office at Aspö gård.
- When you sign the contract, you’ll pay 25% (at least 500 kronor) of the total amount as a booking fee. We’ll then deduct that amount from the final rent.
- You are personally liable for the entire rental period.
- As a Skövdebostäder tenant, you’re eligible for a 25% discount when renting for personal use. If you and your neighbors would like to organize an event for several Skövdebostäder tenants, it can be even more affordable if you apply for activity funding— see the tenant guide.
- You can choose to pay the rent for the party venues via Swish, credit card, or direct debit through your rental invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.
- We only rent out the farm to one wedding party at a time. Please indicate in your booking request if it is for a wedding reception. The other venues, however, can be rented out for other gatherings at the same time as the wedding reception.
Cancellations at
may be made without a specific reason no later than 3 months before the rental date, with
a partial refund of the booking fee. We will retain 500 SEK as an administrative
fee. The landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation free of charge due to circumstances related
to the premises that are beyond the landlord’s control or of which the landlord was unaware at the time the agreement
was signed. In such cases, the entire booking fee will be refunded. Cancellations made later
than 2 weeks before the rental date will be charged at 50% of the total cost. Cancellations
must be made in writing.
The facilities on Aspö are also perfect for businesses. Here, you can hold conferences and meetings in pleasant surroundings. The facilities are spacious, so there’s plenty of room. They offer excellent technical amenities, including a sound system and Wi-Fi. The facility is environmentally conscious and offers services such as recycling.
If you're a member of a club or an adult education association, this is also a great place to hold study groups, get-togethers, or meetings.
There are no conference services, such as catering or similar, when you rent the facilities on the farm.

For individuals, the standard price list below applies.
Associations and educational organizations operating in Skövde receive a 25% discount on rent Monday through Thursday. The standard price list applies at other times. If your association would like to organize an activity that aligns with Skövdebostäder’s goals, we can offer a discounted rate. Please contact the property manager by email at aspo@skovdebostader.se or by phone at 0500-47 74 50 to present your proposal.
- Please read the booking rules!
- When you book a venue, the time you reserve should include time for setup, the event itself, and cleanup afterward.
- The key to the venue must be picked up by the person who booked the venue either on the day of the rental or a day before.
- The key to the premises is a tag (a key fob) that is time-limited to the time slot you have reserved. The time cannot be changed after the key has been picked up.
- Only the person who made the reservation may pick up the key upon presentation of identification.
- Cleaning or catering services cannot be purchased from Skövdebostäder.
