Amenities and equipment in the apartments at Fältskären: 

• The flooring in the apartments is a type of LVT flooring called Amtico Access Light Oak.
• The walls are painted plaster walls.
• The bathroom has plastic wall and floor tiles.
• Bathroom vanity, bathroom cabinet with electrical outlet and lighting.
• There are blinds. On the third floor (arched windows don't work well with blinds), there is a curtain rod already installed.
• The curtain rod is located by the alcove.
• There is a hat rack
• There are ceiling lights in many of the rooms
• There are hook strips in the apartments, since you are not allowed to drill into the walls yourself at Fältskären.
