Set up a notification and receive emails with tips
It’s important to us that you find an apartment where you’ll feel at home. Once you receive an offer, you’ll have the opportunity to view the apartment before making a decision. But the best thing is not to express interest in anything that isn’t a good fit for you. That’s why we recommend setting up an alert so you’ll receive notifications about apartments that match your profile.
Here's how to do it:
- Log in to My Pages
- Submit your expression of interest
- Make sure you have an email address on file, since notifications are sent by email
- Select the areas you're interested in, and check the boxes next to them
- Select the apartment size you're interested in. You can specify a range, from the smallest to the largest.
- Enter the maximum amount you can spend on your apartment.
- Check the box to subscribe
Tip!
- For example, if you set 8,000 kronor as the maximum rent you want to be notified about, and an apartment is listed for 8,001 kronor, it won’t be included in your alerts. We usually recommend adding a few hundred kronor to what you consider your maximum so you never miss out on those that cost just a few tens more.
- Before you express interest in an apartment you’ve received an email about, make sure everything matches your preferences. If you don’t want to live on the third floor without an elevator, don’t express interest in such an apartment.
- Be sure to keep your email address up to date.
- Our emails are sent from noreply@skovdebostader.se. Please add this address to your list of trusted senders to ensure that our alerts don't end up in your spam folder.
- If you check our available apartments once a week, you'll never miss a thing—since our listings stay posted for eight days.
