At Skövdebostäder, you can live in a great home no matter what stage of life you’re in. Our senior living communities are designed so that you can continue living there even if, for example, your mobility decreases. It’s a regular living environment but with that little extra touch that ensures high accessibility and fosters a sense of community and well-being. Our senior living —Gamla Skolan, Fältspaten, Mossagården, and Norra Aspövägen 2 are available only to those who are 65 years of age or older. To rent Skövde Municipality’s senior housing, you must be 70 years of age or older.
