Although housing is our main area of business, Skövdebostäder also manages a number of commercial properties. A few of these are located at street level with signage options and are suitable for retail or office use. Most of these properties are located in central or semi-central areas.
Most of our spaces are located in residential areas built in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s and are often on a “semi-basement level”—half a flight of stairs down, with large windows at ground level. We often rent these out to associations and small businesses.
Vacant spaces are not rented out in the same way as our other properties. When a space becomes available, it is advertised on this page. You are welcome to contact the person listed for each property to express your interest.

- 99 square meters: Suitable for retail and office space, for example. Located along Bangårdsgatan.
- 65 square meters: Suitable for retail, among other uses. Located on the main street, Bangårdsgatan, and facing south toward the square.
