Residential areas
Skövdebostäder manages more than 5,700 apartments. Here you will find everything from central locations to nature-oriented areas, from low to high, from really large to really small, from the beginning of the century to brand new buildings.
Many of Skövdebostäder's areas are located in urban areas, most of them very centrally. We also have a lovely area in scenic Timmersdala, 15 kilometers outside Skövde.
The residential area Ekedal is a housing complex for young adults; you must be between 18 and 29 years old to sign a lease here—you may continue to live there even after you turn 30. For those over 65, we offer our senior living communities, which feature high accessibility and a strong sense of community.
