The Eldaren neighborhood Eldaren along Bangårdsgatan and near the town square in Skövde Science City. Here, you’re close to both the city’s vibrancy and green spaces—and most of what you need for everyday life is within easy reach.

The Eldaren neighborhood Eldaren between Magasinsgatan and Kaplansgatan. From your apartment, you’ll be close to, among other things:

• The city center with its variety of offerings
• Travel Center, the hub for all public transportation in the city
• University of Skövde and Science Park Skövde
• Boulogner Park with a swimming lake
• A parking garage, a grocery store, and a sports arena (under construction in the area)
• A middle school (under construction in the same neighborhood)

Skövdebostäder has ambitious sustainability goals. Here are a few examples of how we address sustainability at Eldaren:

• We make conscious material choices in construction to reduce the project’s climate impact.
• We're installing solar panels on the roofs.
• Instead of individual washing machines, we will offer laundry lounges —a modern take on the laundry room—to create social gathering spaces and reduce our carbon footprint.
• The location near the city center makes it easier for you, as a tenant, to make sustainable travel choices and live without a car.

About Skövde Science City

Skövde Science City is now taking shape in the Mariesjö area, where residential units are interspersed with commercial spaces, gathering places, and services to create a vibrant neighborhood. This project is one of the largest ever undertaken, and the transformation is expected to continue through 2040.
