Elevator Replacement at Kurorten

We will be replacing the elevators at Kurortsvägen 12–18, starting in the fall of 2026. The work will affect you as a tenant in various ways during the weeks when work is scheduled for your building.

Here's how the elevator replacement will affect you as a tenant:

• Kurortsvägen 12, 14, and 16: The elevator will be out of service for about nine weeks.
• Kurortsvägen 18: Only one elevator will be available for approximately 15 weeks.
• Noise: The work generates disruptive noise. Working hours are on weekdays from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-site technicians: Hisstjänst in Skaraborg is performing the work.
• It's messy in the stairwell.

If you live at Kurortsvägen 10, you will not be affected by the work.

Schedule for Elevator Replacements

Your elevator is expected to be out of service:

• Kurortsvägen 18:
  o Left elevator: Weeks 37–51, 2026
  o Right elevator: Weeks 2–16, 2027
• Kurortsvägen 16: Weeks 12–20, 2027
• Kurortsvägen 14: Weeks 36–44, 2027
• Kurortsvägen 12: Weeks 41–49, 2027

Plan your move and, if possible, avoid moving during the period when your building does not have an elevator.

Needs to be replaced

Elevators wear out over time and need to be replaced at regular intervals. We are replacing the elevators at Kurorten so that we will have well-maintained elevators that will continue to function for many years to come.
