Renovation of the communal kitchen and common areas at Plutonen

In 2025, we will begin renovating the communal kitchens and common areas at Norra Trängallén 2. We want to encourage our tenants to use the common areas while ensuring the property remains well-maintained. The communal kitchens will receive, among other things, new carpeting, painted walls, new range hoods, new cabinet doors, handles, countertops, new lighting, and more. We will also replace the carpeting and paint the walls in the stairwells, entrance, and hallways, as well as install new lighting.
