The apartment cannot be viewed before move-in, which means you'll need to decide whether to accept or decline the apartment without having seen it. The apartment will be renovated in November/December 2026 and will be available for rent starting January 1, 2027.
The party awarded the contract will have the opportunity to make certain choices regarding finishes for the renovation. If no specific choices are made, the apartment will be renovated according to our predetermined standards.
The apartment will be available for rent, fully renovated, starting January 1, 2027.
