New rent effective December 1, 2026 Skövdebostäder renovated this apartment at Snickaren prior to move-in to reduce the risk of water damage while improving the standard of the unit and electrical safety. The renovation included, among other things, the shower room, kitchen, and electrical system. The apartment now features new finishes in the shower room, improved lighting in the kitchen, a new electrical panel, a ground fault circuit interrupter, grounded electrical outlets, and is equipped for individual metering of hot and cold water. The base rent upon moving in is 6,652 SEK per month, and you will now pay for your own water consumption, which is billed two months in arrears. The apartment currently has a dryer installed by Skövdebostäder that may need to be removed due to new electrical safety regulations. If this is the case, it cannot be reinstalled, and the rent will be reduced.
