The storage room is located next to the apartment on the upper floor. Parking spaces are rented out through a separate waiting list, and we can generally only offer one parking space per household.
The rent is based on the 2026 rent level. The rent is negotiated annually in accordance with the current negotiation procedure between AB Skövdebostäder and the tenants' association.
