Bagaren is Skövde Municipality’s senior housing complex for residents aged 70 and older (if you are 90 or older, you also have priority). The apartments are fully accessible. The building features a community room, a café, and a lunch restaurant.
At Bagaren, you’ll find the city’s array of services, shops, and cultural offerings right around the corner. Despite the city’s liveliness and energy, you can find peace and quiet in the pleasant courtyard, which features several outdoor seating areas.
The listed rent is subject to change following standard negotiations with the Tenants’ Association. However, any changes will take effect no earlier than April 1, 2027.
