To express interest in and sign a lease for a student apartment, you must present a valid admission letter or enrollment certificate showing at least 15 higher education credits per semester from the University of Skövde. If you are moving to a different apartment, you must present your registration and grade transcripts. If you have not yet received your admission letter, you must wait to reserve a student apartment until you have received it. Academic progress checks are conducted once per semester to ensure that you, as a tenant, meet the academic requirements.
The rent applies to the period from August 2026 to July 2027. The rent is negotiated annually in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedure between AB Skövdebostäder and the Skövde Student Housing Council.
