To express interest in a student apartment, you must be able to show that you have been admitted to at least 15 higher education credits per semester at the University of Skövde. If you haven’t applied to the University of Skövde yet, you’ll need to wait to reserve a student apartment until you’ve received your admission letter. To continue living in Skövdebostäder’s student housing, tenants must be able to show satisfactory academic performance at the University of Skövde equivalent to 15 higher education credits per semester. Doctoral students must demonstrate a study load of at least 50 percent per semester. Academic progress checks are conducted once per semester to ensure that tenants meet the academic requirements.
The rent refers to the 2025 rent level. The rent is negotiated annually in accordance with the current negotiation procedure between AB Skövdebostäder and the Skövde Student Housing Council.
