We are looking for a maintenance carpenter

As a maintenance carpenter, you will be part of our technical management team, which consists of property managers, tradespeople, and technicians with various specializations. This is an independent role in which you plan your day yourself in consultation with colleagues and tenants, with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction and well-maintained facilities.

Job Responsibilities

The job is varied, as there is a wide range of new and older properties. As a maintenance carpenter, you will handle all types of repairs in apartments and other areas of our properties.

 The job responsibilities include:

  • Inspection, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of the company's properties.
  • Repairs and minor renovations.
  • Participation in the implementation of minor renovation projects related to the maintenance plan.
  • Receive internal trouble tickets, provide information, resolve the issue, and follow up with the customer.

Other important qualities include being responsible and flexible, having good interpersonal skills, and maintaining a positive attitude. You should be able to take initiative, work toward goals, and perform your duties with precision and high quality. Education and Skills

We are looking for someone with relevant education in construction or several years of experience in construction services.

Requirements

  • Class B driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school-level construction training or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience in construction services
