Aspö Eko-logi has seven high-rise buildings in the north and a low-rise section in the south. The complex offers two-, three-, four-, and five-room apartments. There is a municipal preschool adjacent to the residential area.
The variety of houses and apartments, combined with proximity to public transportation and access to an electric car-sharing program, makes the area suitable for everyone—from retirees to families with children and everyone in between. There is also a group home and a building with senior housing for people aged 65 and older.
The facades are largely made of natural materials, and the color schemes harmonize with the colors of nature. The houses are built using passive house technology, feature solar energy systems, and recover energy from wastewater. The area’s environmental profile is underscored by the fact that the buildings are constructed in accordance with the Nordic Ecolabel (Svanen) and Miljöbyggnad Guld standards, and most of the houses also meet the FEBY12 passive house standard.
Adjacent to the area is Aspö gård, Skövdebostäder's beautiful recreational facility.

At Norra Aspövägen 2, there are 30 apartments in a senior living community. There is a common room for social activities that residents of this building can use. There is also a guest apartment that can be reserved when you have visitors.
