Senior living apartments are just like any other apartments—with a few key differences. A basic requirement for receiving a lease offer is that you are 65 years of age or older. If you have a partner who is younger, they are, of course, welcome to move in with you. The entire building and the individual apartments are designed to make your life as comfortable as possible, whether you’re able to manage well on your own or need a little help to make daily life work.
Fältspaten consists of 78 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with a high standard of living. Most of the apartments offer breathtaking views from their glass-enclosed balconies. Some apartments, however, feature a glass-enclosed patio instead.
The building features spacious common areas, including a gym and sauna in the basement, a community room and a winter garden on the ground floor, and rooftop terraces on the eighth and tenth floors. There is also a guest room available for rent when you have visitors.
Eco-friendly living
Fältspaten is also Skövde’s first apartment building constructed to the passive house standard, which means a radical reduction in energy consumption. Thanks to new technical solutions, this can be achieved without compromising on a comfortable indoor climate.
