It’s hard to get any closer to downtown than this, but it’s not just the location that’s first-class. The apartments at Gamla Skolan are of a very high standard, with hardwood or tile floors in every room, oak kitchens, and fully tiled bathrooms.
Torggatan 24 is an older but renovated building that meets the same high standards as the rest of the neighborhood, though it does not have an elevator. That is where our standard apartments are located.

Senior living
Senior living is essentially a regular housing arrangement, but with that little extra something that makes it particularly accessible. There’s a common room, an overnight guest apartment for when you have visitors from out of town, and we have staff on site a few hours a week to help with social activities.
