Mossagården 18 one-bedroom apartments, 52 two-bedroom apartments, and 20 three-bedroom apartments. To rent an apartment, you must be at least 65 years old when the lease begins. Other people living with you do not need to meet the age requirement.
The apartments are spread across three buildings connected by a common area that includes a community room and a front desk, where security staff are available during certain hours each week.
In addition to Skövdebostäder’s 90 senior housing units, there is room for other developers to build apartments in the area, and Skövde Municipality has space for a preschool. We do not know when the other developers will begin construction or when the preschool will be ready.

The table below contains links to sample floor plans that were created when the building was new. Since discrepancies may arise over time due to changes, we will be working with a smaller number of sample floor plans going forward; however, as long as these are accurate, they will remain here. The apartments come in mirror-image layouts, and certain measurements may vary from one apartment to another.
