Welcome to a partially renovated apartment This apartment is undergoing renovation in November 2026 and will be available for rent starting December 1, 2026. Since the apartment is being renovated in November, it will not be available for viewing before move-in. This means you’ll have to decide whether to accept or decline the offer without having seen the apartment! The apartment is being renovated according to our predetermined standards, which means that materials, colors, and interior design details have been selected in advance and cannot be changed by the new tenant. The renovation includes, among other things, refinishing the kitchen, painting/wallpapering, and flooring work in the living room.
