Parking spaces are rented out through a separate waiting list. At Aspö Eko-logi, we can generally only offer one parking space per household. If we have a surplus of parking spaces, you can rent a second space subject to a clause; this means that if someone moves into the area who does not have a parking space, the agreement subject to this clause will be terminated with one month’s notice. To be eligible to rent two spaces, you must have two cars registered to your household.
The rent is based on the 2026 rent level. The rent is negotiated annually in accordance with the current negotiation procedure between AB Skövdebostäder and the tenants' association.
