At Mossagården , there aren’t enough parking spaces for all households, and most are currently rented out. Join the parking waitlist for a chance to rent a parking space that becomes available. A small number of parking spaces are available outdoors at ground level, seven of which have charging stations; the rest are in the garage located beneath the building. As a resident registered at Mossagården , you are entitled to resident parking in Norrmalm and may park on the streets in nearby residential areas. Apply for a parking permit on the Skövde Municipality website.
The rent is based on the 2026 rent level. Rent is negotiated annually in accordance with the current negotiation agreement between AB Skövdebostäder and the tenants’ association.
