Käpplunda Gärde is Skövde Municipality’s senior housing complex for residents aged 70 and older (if you are 90 or older, you also have priority). The apartments are fully accessible. The building features a community room and a lunch restaurant. Basic TV service via Tele2 is included in the rent.
