Where are the residential areas located?

On the neighborhood pages, you can read more about our residential areas. Each page includes information on the number of apartments and the distance to downtown. There, you’ll also find maps of the neighborhoods, and you can see which parking spaces and apartments are available in the area. 

Information from the City of Skövde

On the Skövde Municipality website, you’ll find information about matters related to the municipality. There, for example, you can get answers to questions about preschool or read more about recreational activities, community centers, and events.

Get help with calculations

Are you unsure whether you can afford to live in the apartment you're interested in? If so, you can use our budget calculator. Keep in mind that the calculator is only a rough estimate. For example, if you have more expenses than the calculator suggests, the result may be different.

For students

On our website for students, you’ll find information about what it’s like to live in a student apartment with Skövdebostäder. There, you can read about how our housing waiting list works and what to keep in mind when living in a student apartment. All of our student apartments are rented out unfurnished, and when you sign a lease for an apartment, the apartment is yours until you give notice to terminate the lease.
