We are the ones who handle your service request

This is the team that handles your service request when you call us at Skövdebostäder. From left to right: Nora, Jessica, Kristina, and Karl.

We would like to remind you of our procedure for reporting issues. You can easily submit your issue report either online via My Pages or by calling our customer service center.

If you choose to submit your repair request through My Pages, you—as a tenant—can also track the status of your request. There, for example, you can read comments from the person handling the repair, and you’ll receive an email when the status of your request changes—for example, when work begins or when the repair is completed.

If your service request concerns common areas, such as a laundry room or a community room, you’ll need to call our customer service center, as this cannot be submitted through My Pages.

How do I report a problem?

There are two ways to report a problem:

  1. You can report a problem 24 hours a day by logging in to My pages. Under "Contract for the apartment," select "Create a new request" and then "Report a problem" via "My Pages." Here, you can describe the problem and indicate whether you have pets and whether Skövdebostäder is allowed to enter using the master key.

  2. On weekdays (excluding holidays) between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., our customer service center accepts trouble tickets at 0500-47 74 00. You’ll be able to speak with one of our customer service representatives and describe your issue. The staff handling fault reports have extensive experience in property management and will help you file your report, which is sent directly to the building manager for resolution—either by the building manager themselves or by a contractor.
