Have you received a text message and/or email inviting you to participate in a safety survey? If so, you are one of Skövdebostäder’s tenants, and we hope you will take part in the safety survey currently being conducted in our residential areas.
The purpose of the survey is to find out whether residents in the area feel safe or unsafe and whether there are certain places they consider particularly unsafe. The results of the survey will help us prioritize where to focus our efforts to improve safety. The survey will be conducted from May 12 to June 9.
There is no specific reason why the survey is being sent out at this time. The survey provides a more in-depth look at the questions included in the annual tenant survey and is part of the long-term efforts that Skövdebostäder’s housing and social services unit is constantly undertaking to ensure that neighborhoods and homes are—and are perceived to be—safe.
- If you are a tenant of Skövdebostäder, the survey will be sent via text message to your phone and via email to the email address you have registered with us. The sender of the text message will be listed as “Skovdebost.” The sender of the email will be listed as “Survey from Skövdebostäder.”
- You can complete the survey in Swedish or English.
- The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete.
- Among other things, you can identify specific locations in your area that you feel are unsafe and explain why you feel that way about them.
