Study Check Dates
Studychecks will be conducted on the three dates listed below, depending on which residential area you live in. Fältskären from the study check for the fall semester of 2024 and may disregard this information. Those of you who rent through the University of Skövde may also disregard this information.

Here’s how it works
On the date of each study review, you will receive an email from the StudboAdmin system. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder. Once you’ve received the email, we ask that you upload your certificates as soon as possible. If you do not already have login credentials, you’ll first need to register an account; you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions. You’ll then upload your registration certificate and transcript as PDF files to the system. Screenshots are not accepted. You can start preparing your documents for the academic progress review now.
Exemption
If you have not achieved the required academic results, you can apply for an exemption. Form: Application for Exemption
A certificate from your academic advisor is required, and if you have received an exemption previously, you cannot apply for it again; we approve exemptions for one semester during your entire period of residence. If you have questions about the certificate, contact your academic advisor. The exemption application and accompanying certificate must be sent to uthyrning@skovdebostader.se before the academic review begins in your area. The processing time is approximately three weeks.
Don’t meet the requirements?
If youalready know that you won’t meet the requirements for the academic review, you should give notice to terminate your lease with 3 months’ notice. The easiest way to do this is on My Pages under “My Contracts” and “Terminate Contract.”
