That's why we're raising the rent
When we negotiate with the Skövde Student Housing Council, we take many different factors into account. The rent increase is primarily due to rising costs. Among other things, interest rates have risen, and charges for electricity, water, waste disposal, operations, and maintenance have gone up.
As a company, we are constantly working to reduce costs and streamline our operations in order to keep expenses down. Thanks to this, and our stable financial position, we are able to limit the rent increase for 2026. It will therefore be lower than it would otherwise have had to be, given the actual cost increases.
