The Apartments at Tallyckan
Tallyckan a total of 18 townhouse apartments—all located on the ground floor and easily accessible. The units are well-designed three-room apartments measuring approximately 73–77 square meters.
The apartments are carefully designed to provide you, the tenant, with a comfortable and practical home. The kitchen is spacious, and the open floor plan offers plenty of opportunities for socializing. The apartments feature impressive ceiling heights of up to three meters. In addition to the closets in the apartment, you’ll also have access to a storage unit.

Here we present our two apartment types – one measuring approximately 73 square meters and one measuring approximately 77 square meters.
Rents
Monthly rent at Tallyckan :
Three-room apartment, 73 square meters (12 units): SEK 13,500
Three-room apartment, 77 square meters (6 units): SEK 13,900
Parking space (15 units): SEK 190
Carport (3 units): SEK 600
The cost of the property's consumption of hot water, cold water, and household electricity will be added.
Rent levels are negotiated with the tenants' association and apply upon moving in. Rents are usually adjusted once a year, also after negotiation with the tenants' association.
Rental rights give freedom
Living in a rental property gives you more time for the fun things in life. Here, you don't have to worry about peeling paint or leaky roofs. You're also free from extra expenses if the refrigerator breaks down or a property technician needs to be called in. Skövdebostäder offers top-class service, and you can easily report a fault via My Pages or by calling the customer center.
Being a tenant does, of course, require some work. You are responsible for mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, and maintaining the apartment. However, this is considerably less work than owning an older house with a large garden, for example, so there is no doubt that renting is a form of housing that frees up both time and money.
Standard at Tallyckan

- Appliances from Elvita: Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, induction hob, washing machine, and heat pump dryer
- The shower rooms feature towel rails, washbasin cabinets, and pivoting glass shower screens.
- Tiled walls in the shower rooms
- The floors in the hall, kitchen, and shower room are tiled, and the other rooms have parquet flooring.

Patio
At Tallyckan your own outdoor space with an easy-to-maintain patio. Here, you can enjoy gardening or relaxing outdoors—and the patio’s just the right size, so the maintenance required is manageable. In addition to the patio in the back, there’s a small area in the front. This provides a great spot for a coffee break in the sun.

About the area
Tallyckan on Tallstigen, in the heart of Stöpen, next to Stöpenskolan and behind the ICA Nära Blomman store. The houses are situated right next to a wooded area, where you can hear the rustling of the pine trees and observe the changing seasons.

Parking and carport

Stöpen is a pleasant town just over 10 km north of Skövde. Here, you are always close to nature and there are good public transport links. For active people, there are both cycle paths and exercise trails. The town also has a school, preschool, grocery store, public dental clinic, library, pizzeria, sports hall, and a strong community life.
