The Customer Crystal Award is presented to the housing companies with Sweden’s most satisfied customers in various categories. Skövdebostäder has once again ranked among the top three in a comparison with several hundred other companies.
“It feels fantastic that we’ve been nominated again. It’s a testament to our employees’ dedication and to the fact that our efforts and long-term work with our customers are paying off. I’d also like to thank all our tenants who took the time to participate and respond to the survey,” says Katarina Prick, CEO of Skövdebostäder.
An important tool that delivers results
Over the years, we have conducted numerous customer surveys and work systematically with the results to develop and improve our operations. The recurring nominations show that this is a successful approach
“It covers everything from identifying, in certain areas, that we need to undertake larger projects—such as replacing windows—to smaller tasks like creating or renovating a flower bed. Starting this February 2025, we will measure satisfaction on an ongoing basis, and the hope is to be able to respond more quickly to feedback and perhaps achieve even better results,” says Erik Pettersson, head of Boservice.

This nomination means that we are among the top three companies in terms of performance in the categories in which we were nominated. On February 6, we’ll find out if we’ve even achieved the best results in Sweden when the Benchmark event—where the Customer Crystal Awards are presented—takes place.
