The nominations are based on the national customer survey conducted among hundreds of housing companies across the country, in which we have once again ranked among the top three.
“It’s incredibly gratifying to receive this recognition in the form of three nominations. It reflects the care and professionalism our employees demonstrate every day. It means a lot that our tenants actually take the time to share their experiences with us—their engagement makes us better,” says Katarina Prick, CEO of Skövdebostäder.
Systematic improvement efforts are the key to success
Customer surveys have long been a central part of our development efforts. By tracking the results over time, we have been able to implement both major and minor improvements that directly address our tenants’ requests.
“For us, customer insights are about being able to set the right priorities—whether that involves major investments in our services or our properties. One thing we believe has made a difference is our work on a centralized fault reporting system and improved case management in general. For example, more people feel that their issues are being resolved in a reasonable amount of time,” says Erik Pettersson, head of Boservice.
The winners will be announced on February 5
Being nominated means we are among the three companies with the highest scores in the country in our respective categories. On February 5, we’ll find out if we make it all the way to first place, when this year’s Benchmark Event takes place and the Kundkristallerna awards are presented.
The service index category measures how tenants perceive the service, while the product index shows how satisfied they are with their home and neighborhood. The profile includes, among other things, whether customers would recommend their landlord.
