Tallyckan Stöpen – all apartments rented out

All 18 of Skövdebostäder’s newly built rental apartments at Tallyckan Stöpen have now been rented out. Tenants will begin moving in starting May 12.

Ahead of the rental launch, the company has carried out several marketing initiatives, including a well-attended groundbreaking event and an open house that drew about 75 people.

“We’re pleased that all the apartments are now rented out. This shows that we made a good assessment of the number of housing units in relation to market demand,” says Katarina Prick, CEO of Skövdebostäder.

A mix of ages among the tenants

Many of the 18 new tenants at Tallyckan already Tallyckan in Skövde and Stöpen. The age distribution among the new residents is varied.

“Nearly half are over 70, but we also have a large proportion in their twenties and thirties,” says Maria Bunyemen, a rental agent at Skövdebostäder.

Tallyckan of townhouses arranged in horseshoe formations that create sheltered courtyards. All of the homes are at ground level, and the area is equipped with solar panels and charging stations for electric cars.

“Tenants appreciate the excellent accessibility and the generous ceiling height of up to three meters. All units are three-room apartments ranging from 73 to 77 square meters, and the rent is 13,500–13,900 kronor per month, excluding water and household electricity,” says Maria Bunyemen, a leasing agent at Skövdebostäder.

The construction project stayed on schedule

All the townhouses are now in place and ready for occupancy.

“Construction has been going smoothly, and we’ve stayed on schedule. Now we’re looking forward to welcoming the first tenants,” says Anna Hedblom, construction project manager at Skövdebostäder.
