Higher Service and Product Indexes
Scores have improved on both the service index—which measures service and security—and the product index—which measures your apartment and common areas. When it comes to service, the biggest improvements have been in the way residents are treated and the time it takes to resolve service requests. However,satisfaction with information about what is happening in your buildings hasdeclined slightly.
Further Analysis and Action Planning
The results of the survey will be reviewed and analyzed at several levels: first, at an overall level to identify what is working and what needs to be improved in general; and second, at the property level to address issues that affect a specific area.
