Cleaning when moving

The apartment must be cleaned very thoroughly before you move out. When you return your keys, we will conduct a cleaning inspection of the apartment. If the cleaning has not been done thoroughly enough, we may need to arrange for additional cleaning. The cost of this will be charged to you as the outgoing tenant.
