You must therefore be prepared to show the apartment to prospective tenants who are on the housing waiting list and have received an offer. It may take several rounds of viewings before we find a new tenant.
This is how it works
- You're giving notice on your apartment.
- The apartment will be listed on the website for at least eight days.
- After that, offers are sent to 5–8 people, based on queue points.
- You will show the apartment to the people who have received an offer. Keep in mind that there may be several rounds of showings with interested parties before we find a new tenant. You must therefore be prepared to show the apartment at several viewings. The first viewing usually takes place about two weeks after you've given notice on your apartment.
You will receive a separate email listing the names of the people who have received an offer, so you'll know who to show the apartment to. - If you can't or don't want to show the apartment yourself, you can ask a friend or family member if they're able to show it for you—but keep in mind that you should be available during all showings.
