This means that on your January 2023 bill, your rent will remain the same as before, but for parking spaces and garages, it has increased by 10 kronor per month (this does not apply if your rent is indexed).
As soon as we have more information to share about the negotiations or an agreement, we will let you know. At this time, we cannot say whether the rent increase will be retroactive or not; that is part of the negotiations.
