We have now received the government’s electricity subsidy for businesses. We will therefore credit the portion we received for tenants’ electricity usage to their October rent statement. This applies to tenants living on Spånvägen, Timmervägen, Timmerlyckan, Jordfräsen Kurortsvägen 10 who were residing there on November 17, 2022.
The subsidy is paid at a rate of 50 öre per kilowatt-hour consumed during the period from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022. You will see it as a credit on your October rent statement.
