Telenor has sent out an informational letter that you, as a current user of the free package, should have received. Allente offers five free channels: SVT1, SVT2, TV4, Barnkanalen/SVT24, and Kunskapskanalen. TV6 will be removed—otherwise, the channel lineup remains the same as the one Telenor previously provided.
Here's how to do it
If you currently have the free TV package from Telenor, here's what to do:
- Beställ det nya paketet: Allente grundpaket Must Carry.

- Return the old TV box to Telenor. You will receive a letter from Telenor with instructions on how to proceed.
It is important that you return the box regardless of whether you want to continue watching the free channels or not. If you do not, you will have to pay a fee.
When you move, the box must be returned to Allente.
Exception for Fältspaten
For those of you who live at Fältspaten, your Telenor subscription will end a little later. You will receive more information from Telenor.
Background to the Change
The reason for the change is that our network provider, OpenUniverse, has switched its free-to-air TV service provider from Telenor to Allente.
