The reason for this change is to provide better service and feedback, as well as to free up time for the building managers. In most cases, it is the building managers who fix the problems in the apartments—it is the way reports are submitted that is changing.
A major benefit of this change is that it will make it easier for you, as a tenant, to track your case on My Pages. There, for example, you can read comments from the person handling the issue. You’ll also receive an email when your case changes status—for example, when work begins or when the issue has been resolved.
Two ways to report a problem
There are two ways to report a problem.

2 On weekdays (excluding holidays) between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the customer service center accepts fault reports at 0500-47 74 00.
