New housing projects

Skövde Science City is the city’s new, exciting neighborhood—and the Eldaren area Eldaren Skövdebostäder’s latest project as part of this initiative.

Vadden Skövdebostäder’s popular residential area with apartments near the city center on Falkvägen. The company is now developing the site with two additional buildings.

There are always plans for future projects. Some of these move forward to a board decision on construction; others do not.

In addition to new housing projects, Skövdebostäder invests many millions annually in maintenance and renovations. Here, we will present the renovations that are on a somewhat larger scale. 

Skövdebostäder is building 18 apartments in Tallyckan. Here, you can live in a safe, nature-oriented, and family-friendly environment.
