You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your case and have begun processing it. All communication will then take place in our system. In this way, we hope to improve order and simplicity for you when contacting us and receiving feedback on your case. This also means that if you email or call our customer service center, your case will be entered into our new system and you will receive a case number. All communication will be collected in one place so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Option to verify identity via BankID over the phone
The new system also allows us to verify your identity using BankID over the phone. This means we will be able to help you with certain matters over the phone that we have not been able to do before, as we have not been able to verify who we are talking to in a secure manner.
