Should be among the frontrunners
A large proportion of respondents believe that Skövdebostäder should be a leader in sustainability efforts within the industry. You feel that we meet your expectations regarding our sustainability efforts to a fairly high degree, with an average rating of about 3.5 out of 5. About 70 percent believe it is important that we communicate our sustainability efforts —something we will take with us as we move forward.
A balanced result
In the survey, respondents were asked to rate the importance of various sustainability issues. It is clear that all of these issues are important to you, and they all received high and consistent ratings.
These questions received the highest average ratings from tenants and employees combined:
- Provide safe living environments
- Ensure a healthy indoor and outdoor environment in and around our apartments
- Provide affordable housing
- Effective leadership within the organization
- Sustainable business ethics (combating corruption, child labor, forced labor, bribery, and conflicts of interest throughout the supply chain)
Continuing to work
