Skövdebostäder was awarded a Kundkristall when Sweden’s best landlords were honored at the Benchmark Event at Berns Salonger in Stockholm on February 5. The results are based on the tenants’ own ratings, and Skövdebostäder took home the award for best product.

Several Customer Crystals Under My Belt
Skövdebostäder was nominated for the ninth year in a row and has also won Kundkristaller awards in several different categories over the years. AktivBo’s customer survey is an important tool in our efforts to create the best possible customer experience.
The Customer Crystal and the Nominations
The Benchmark Event is organized by AktivBo, which conducts customer surveys on behalf of private and municipal real estate companies. The “Customer Crystals” are awarded to the real estate companies that, according to their tenants, have performed the best.
In each category, the top three companies in Sweden are nominated. This year, Skövdebostäder was nominated in three categories: Best Product, Best Service, and Best Profile. The Service Index measures how tenants perceive the service provided by their landlord. The Product Index shows how satisfied tenants are with their home and their neighborhood. The Profile Index measures, among other things, the extent to which tenants would recommend their landlord.
