We continue to develop our business—we record calls to customer service and the switchboard*

Starting February 1, incoming calls to customer service and the switchboard* will be recorded so that we can learn more about the issues you, as a tenant, are facing. The calls cannot be traced back to specific individuals; instead, they will be analyzed digitally based on the questions raised during the call.

By using digital tools to analyze incoming calls, we can further improve the service we provide to you as a tenant. This will help us learn more about the most common questions we receive from callers so that we can improve our communication and the information we provide.
